IMPORTANT NOTICES AND DISCLAIMERS CONCERNING Safety Training™ PROGRAM

The National Auto Auction Association (“NAAA”) is a private, non-profit trade association of wholesale auto auctions and associate members engaged in industries related to wholesale exchange of automobiles.  The NAAA’s 330+ members offer sale by auction, reconditioning facilities, special dealer services and quality title and office processing.  In an effort to increase safety awareness and to improve safety practices at NAAA locations at its member sites, NAAA, through a licensing agreement with KAR Auction Services, Inc. (“KAR”), is proud to offer access to Safety TrainingTM programs and training materials to all NAAA member auctions.  The Safety Training educational and training services program offers a series of general and specialized workplace safety training videos that reference and discuss various auto auction industry safety codes, recommended and best practices, guides, and other standards (“Auction Industry and General Safety Standards”).
